“On the initiative of the head of the administrative district Karen Hakobyan, one of the central parts of the district, the Rubinyants-Sevak crossroads, is being improved. Here, in particular, the parking lot near the entrance to the famous supermarket is being eliminated and a sidewalk is being built instead. Parking will be prohibited in this area.”
