The Ministry of Labor և Social Affairs has issued a statement, which says:

“Dear citizens,

due to the spread of the new coronavirus, the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has to temporarily suspend the work of the citizens’ reception department.

You can send your questions, applications, letters electronically to [email protected] or through the unified platform of electronic inquiries: https://e-request.am/en/

In case of impossibility to apply electronically, a box will be placed on the first floor of the Ministry, near the citizens’ reception window, where you can leave your paper letters and applications.
