As of 11:00 on 17 July, a total of 34001cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed the Ministry of Health informs, of which:

• 22492 – recovered,
• 620 – with death,
• 10692 patients are currently receiving actual treatment.
• The death toll, for other reasons, is 197 (when patients were diagnosed with a coronavirus infection but died of another disease, new such cases are 8).

In total, 143114tests were performed.

Thus, we have 442 new cases of coronavirus disease and 561recovered, 1704 tests were performed.

According to the ministry, the patients who died were 56 years old (male), 53 years old (male), 51 years old (male), 64 years old (male), 70 years old (female), 76 years old (male), 84 years old (male), 73 years old (female), 79 years old (male), 68 years old (male), 49 years old (male), 62 years old (male), and 83 years old (male). They all had concomitant chronic diseases.

Notably, as of 11:00 on 16 July, the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Armenia was 33559 cases, of which 21931 recovered, 10832 were actually being treated, and 607 fatal, 189 deaths for other reasons, and number of performed tests was 141410.
