Spokeswoman for the RA Ministry of Defense Shushan Stepanyan shared a video, noting:

“Armenian units Side hit the enemy tank, artillery shells firing positions, from which our settlements and positions were shelled.”

This is the first gross violation of the fragile ceasefire approved at 00:15 yesterday.

The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia David Tonoyan stated in a conversation with the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk , that the  Azerbaijani side has many wounded and victims.
