Spokeswoman for the RA Ministry of Defense Shushan Stepanyan reports:

“Based on satellite photos, the village of Dondar Ghushchu in the Tovuz region, about 10 km from the front line, is presented, and it is surrounded by positions of artillery batteries.

The Azerbaijani side surrounded its own population with artillery batteries, making them a target, and complained that the RA Armed Forces fired in that direction.”
