Earlier, a well-known Azeri opposition journalist-blogger wrote that Major General Polad Hashimov,  and Colonel Ilgar Mirzeyev had been killed. Shortly after the publication, he removed the post.

Artsrun Hovhannisyan, Deputy Head of the “Vazgen Sargsyan” Military University, wrote on his Facebook page: “The general was confirmed…”.
