Tehmina Vardanyan, a member of the “Luys” faction, said in her speech at today’s 24 June sitting of the Yerevan Council of Elders that we have a serious problem, there are no markings in 80% of the city roads, and there are road signs.

“Now you are pushing the issue to the traffic police, but I think the municipality has serious shortcomings in terms of markings. I am sure you know very well what the lack of markings and road signs can lead to, especially in large squares, even traffic jams, collisions and de facto murders. Please express your opinion on this,” Tehmina Vardanyan said.

In response to the question, Hayk Marutyan mentioned, “At every sitting there is an opportunity to ask questions during the question and answer session. Please don’t bother, wait a few hours. I know it’s difficult, it’s summer, a lot of people, you have to spend a long time, but the time will come, you will register and ask other questions.”
