In total, 39,112 protocols have been drawn up so far on violation of the rules of the state of emergency, and 951 cases of violations were detected during the 19 June emergency service. Relevant protocols have been drawn up on the facts of all violations. It should be noted that the decision of the RA Commandant came into force on 16 June, according to which the citizens must have an identity document. According to the decision, the passport, the identification card and the driver’s license are considered to be a document identifying  the person. If a citizen does not have an identity document, then the police draw up a report on the administrative violation against him.
