Iveta Tonoyan, MP of the “Prosperous Armenia” faction told the reporters in the National Assembly today, on 17 June, that the faction will come up with two initiatives.

“We are talking about the initiative to set up an investigative commission to investigate the circumstances of the prevention of coronavirus, the elimination of consequences and the organization of work in general. And the second initiative, we will apply to the Constitutional Court to challenge the legality of the decision related to the organization of rallies in case of a state of emergency,” the MP said.

Iveta Tonoyan noted that these works are already underway and called on the partners of the “Bright Armenia” faction to join them in this process, so that they have enough signatures to establish an investigative commission and apply to the Constitutional Court.
