Today, on 16 June, Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan presented in the National Assembly the petitions on giving consent to initiate criminal prosecution against Gagik Kolya Tsarukyan, NA Deputy, and on giving consent to deprive RA National Assembly Deputy Gagik Kolya Tsarukyan of his liberty.
Iveta Tonoyan, a member of the “Prosperous Armenia” parliamentary group, addressed a speech to Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan. “Mr. Artur Davtyan, you are just the bearer of the worst traditions of old Armenia in the new Armenia today. You just don’t have the right to work as the Prosecutor General, the time will come and we will do everything for that.”
