The report on the activities of the RA Prosecutor’s Office for 2019 is being discussed in the National Assembly today, on 1 June.
MP Kristine Poghosyan asked a question to the Prosecutor General in the National Assembly. “Defendants in a number of high-profile criminal cases, such as Harutyunyan, Kostanyan, father and son Miasyans, diplomat Professor Sargsyan and others, have fled. They are wanted, at least two of them, Minasyan junior and Kostanyan, are using online messages and instructional lectures from their so-called hideouts.
What insurmountable factors hinder the extradition of those people to Armenia?”
