RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Suren Papikyan posted a video on his Facebook page presenting his working visit to a number of communities.
“Excavators to Sisian, Areni, Shoghakat and Odzun communities. We provide multifunctional tractors to enlarged communities. 49 tractors and 142 utility technique were provided. This is a significant change in the life of the community.”
