The Government has initiated New Amendments to the Labor Code

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has submitted to the public discussion the draft on approving the concept of reforms of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia.

This envisages amendments to the Labor Code on compulsory employment, long-term employment claims, employment contracts, as well as annual leave.
