Robert Kocharyan’s Lawyers shall appeal against Anna Danibekyan’s Decision

The Lawyers’ Team of the Second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan has received the decision of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan on rejecting the motion for changing Kocharyan’s measure of restraint arrest. The decision consists of 92 pages.

The defense does not agree with the grounds for the decision and is currently preparing appeals, which will be submitted to the Criminal Court of Appeals in the near future.
