In a conversation with Iravaban.net, the head of the SIS information department Marina Ohanjanyan mentioned. “Artur Vanetsyan was summoned to the SIS on the basis of the materials prepared on the occasion of the reports of the RA NA Deputy Speaker Alen Simonyan and the Chairman of the “Adekvad” Party Artur Danielyan, under Article 118 (2) of the Criminal Code (hooliganism: the same act which was combined with violence against a person or threatening to use it, such as destroying or damaging someone else’s property) and Article 117 (Infliction of willful light damage to health) within the framework of a criminal case.
