A consultation chaired by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was held, during which the capital expenditure programs for 2020 were discussed.

Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan reported on the construction of Martuni and Yeghegnadzor medical centers. It was noted that the works on organizing tenders for 5.1 billion drams are currently underway, after which the actual construction will start.
In addition, projects for the renovation, construction and reconstruction of 12 medical centers are being implemented in different cities and communities of the country. The works are in different stages. The total cost of construction work on these facilities is estimated at 18.5 billion drams, and 3.8 billion drams will be allocated for the purchase of necessary equipment and property.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan called for quality and timely implementation of the works. The Prime Minister stressed that capital expenditures should provide capital results and create new jobs, especially in the construction sector.
