The Government informs that as a result of declaring a state of emergency in Armenia on 16 March 2020, at all checkpoints on the state border of the Republic of Armenia ․

THE ENTRY OF THE FOLLOWING PERSONS IS ALLOWED:

• Citizens of the Republic of Armenia,
• Members of their families who are not citizens of the Republic of Armenia,
• Persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Armenia but have the right to reside legally in the Republic of Armenia,
• Persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Armenia, except for those entering the list of countries with a state of emergency or those who have been in those countries for the last 14 days,
• Diplomatic representatives of countries (territories) with a tense epidemic situation, representatives of consular institutions and international organizations, their family members,
• Due to urgent health, economic or production needs, persons with relevant justification, relatives, spouses, husband/wife, children, sister and brother, as well as persons related to the Russian border troops in the Republic of Armenia, in order to participate in the funeral or funeral ceremony: their family members, parents living together, children, husband/wife, in all cases with the special permission of the commander of the border troops,
• Driver and substitute driver of a vehicle transporting goods from the Russian Federation, Iran or Georgia,
• Personnel of aircraft carrying passengers, cargo, military or sanitary flights,
• By the Commandant’s decision, in other special cases.

THE ENTRY OF THE FOLLOWING PERSONS IS NOT ALLOWED:

• Persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Armenia, arriving from the Russian Federation or Georgia,
• Persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Armenia, who have been in countries (territories) with a tense epidemic situation during the 14 days prior to the entry of the Republic of Armenia,
• Persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Armenia, who enter the territory of the Republic of Armenia from countries (territories) with a tense epidemic situation.
