The Corruption Prevention Commission informs about the decision made on 20 March, 2020.
It is noted that on 13 March, 2020, the CPC received an application from citizens Anahit Hovsepyan and Narine Tavakalyan regarding the violation of incompatibility requirements by member of the Supreme Judicial Council Hayk Hovhannisyan.
Pursuant to Article 28 (1) of the Law on the Corruption Prevention Commission, the CPC examined an application if it has been filed within a month of the violation or the person becomes aware of the incident, but not later than within six months of the time of the violation or incident.
Violation of the incompatibility requirements attributed to Hayk Hovhannisyan by the applicant dates back to September 2018, and the application was submitted to the Commission on 13 March, 2020, about one year and five months after the violation. The application to the Commission submitted by the applicant on 13 March, 2020, regarding the violation of incompatibility requirements by Hayk Hovhannisyan, was left without examination.
