As of 15 April, the number of people infected with coronavirus in the world has exceeded 2 million.

This was reported by Johns Hopkins University. As of 18:40 Yerevan time, 2,000,984 cases of infection have been reported worldwide. The United States is still the leader in the number of infected people, with 609,000 cases. Spain is in second place with more than 177,000 cases, followed by Italy with more than 162,000 cases.

The number of deaths from coronavirus in the world has exceeded 128,000. More than 501,000 people have recovered.

The United States is also the leader in the number of deaths, with more than 26,000, followed by Italy with more than 21,000 and Spain with more than 18,000.
