As we have already informed, a new case of death of coronavirus was registered this morning.

“A case of death was registered in Artashat Medical Center. The 93-year-old patient had coronavirus disease, confirmed right-sided pneumonia. The man had concomitant chronic diseases, including prostate cancer and arterial hypertension,” Alina Nikoghosyan, a spokeswoman for the Ministry of Health said.

As of 8 April, the number of coronavirus cases in Armenia increased by 28 compared to yesterday, making a total of 881 cases, of which 117 were recovered, 758 were actually treated, 4571 were negative tests, and 9 were fatal.
