The 3 mobile operators working in Armenia have presented packages for the organization of distance learning.

UCOM:

“As far as we know, it has been more than a week since the remote classes were launched in cooperation with Ucom and the Ministry of Education and Science.

We are pleased to announce that distance learning is already available throughout Armenia through Ucom’s uMediaroom application.

12 TV channels have been added to the list of TV channels of the application, a separate channel for each class, which broadcasts the distance learning courses prepared by the Ministry of Education and Science. The subject name and class are listed in the video title. Classes are broadcast live. By the way, users can use the Catch Up feature for up to 3 days and watch the programs at their convenient time.

Note that all Ucom mobile subscribers do not pay for the consumed internet volume while watching videos through the uMediaroom application, that is, they can watch the programs even if they are outside the WiFi range and are connected to the mobile network.

Ucom Universal and uMix subscribers can watch uMediaroom for free, and all other subscribers, including other operators, can download the uMediaroom app from Google Play, the App Store, and watch the channels for free for a month.

The same videos are posted on Ucom’s UTV Video Distance Learning (VoD) section, classified by subject, date, and subject.

Download the BeeTV mobile app for Android  or  iOS  systems, fill in the mobile phone number in the “Accessible” section in 0XX-XXX-XXX format and the code 2020 in the “Password” section. Subscribers of any operator can use the application.

Trainings for BeeTV subscribers will be available in the “Video Gallery” section without additional registration. Beeline subscribers, regardless of the tariff plan, can use the application without consuming mobile internet,” the mobile operator’s statement reads.
