Representatives of “Armat” Engineering Laboratories of Ararat region met today with the governor Garik Sargsyan and handed over to the regional administration 80 protective masks made by them with 3D printers, which will be given to the medical institutions of the region.

Assessing the safety of the students of “Armat” engineering laboratories, children are not included in this work. The production of face shields in accordance with international standards has been organized by the regional group leaders in compliance with all sanitary rules.

The governor thanked the employees of the technical community for their hard work and wished them a united fight against the infection.

If necessary, “Armat” can prepare up to 1500 protective shields a day.

Notably, responding to the call of the RA Minister of High-Tech Industry Hakob Arshakyan, at the moment a number of “Armat” specialists are also working on the preparation of prototypes of the artificial ventilation device.
