The powers of Judge Edik Avetisyan of the Court of First Instance of the city of Yerevan has been suspended since 5 April, 2020 due to the expiration of his term of office. The decision on this was signed by the Supreme Judicial Council on 2 April.

On the same grounds, the powers of Judge Artur Smbatyan of the Court of Appeal (April 6) and of Judge Ruben Apinyan of the Court of First Instance of the City of Yerevan (since April 8) were considered terminated on the same grounds.
