On 31 March, on the initiative and funding of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, with the co-ordination of the Commandant’s Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a special flight was organized to transport 68 students of the Armenian College and Philanthropic Academy (ACPA) in Kolkata in India and their teachers to Armenia.

Under the auspices of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, the Armenian College and Philanthropic Academy (ACPA) is an Armenian school in Kolkata, which has been operating in India for over two hundred years, is a public school where children mainly come from Armenia, Iran, Syria, Iraq and other countries.
