Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said today at a government session on 26 March that there are 290 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Armenia, two of which are in critical condition.
“We have two extremely severe cases, one of which is over the age of 75: one is a US citizen and the other is an Armenian,” Nikol Pashinyan said.
According to him, today it has been debated and decided that coronavirus patients should be transferred to hotels. Health Minister Arsen Torsyan said Israel already has such an experience.
The prime minister also said that the move would support hotels as they are empty due to this situation.
