The Government Led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, continues discussions on economic anti-crisis measures and economic recovery measures and recommendations.
Specifically, they touched on the mechanisms to support businesses in maintaining jobs, as well as programs to provide social assistance to children whose parents lost their jobs due to the current situation.
The Prime Minister stressed the importance of taking the necessary steps to allocate resources fairly and emphasized the need to ensure targeted address. Nikol Pashinyan noted that the government’s support for business is also aimed at the person who thus will keep his job.
The Prime Minister instructed responsible persons to finalize the program packages to address the economic consequences of the coronavirus and submit it for approval at a forthcoming cabinet meeting.
