According to the decision of the Commandant Tigran Avinyan, the amendments and additions will be made in the decree N 14 of 24 March, 2020.
Guided by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No. 298-N of 16 March 2020 on Declaring a State of Emergency in the Republic of Armenia:
- Amend the paragraph 2 of Appendix 2 to Decision No. 14 of 24 March, 2020 of the Commandant on “Restrictions Applicable to All Types of Economic Activity throughout the Republic of Armenia” (hereinafter: Decision):
57) “17.11” – Production of membrane material
58) “17.12” – Production of paper and cardboard
59) “17.21” – Production of corrugated paper and production of paper and cardboard containers
60) “17.23” – Production of office paper supplies
61) “17.29” – Production of other articles of paper or cardboard;
62) “18.12” – Printing of other polygraphic products (except newspapers) exclusively for postage stamps, imprints
63) “22.22.0” – Production of plastic products for packaging
64) “23.13.0” – Production of hollow glass products
65) “18.11” – Newspaper printing
66) “20.11” – Production of industrial gases
67) “20.14.9” – Production of other basic organic chemicals, not included in other groups
68) “23.52” – Production of lime, gypsum and plaster
69) “24.42” – Aluminum production
70) “47.62” – Retail sale of newspapers and stationery in specialized stores
71) “47.9” – Retail sale outside kiosks, pavilions or markets
72) “58.13” – Newspaper edition
73) “69.10.0” – Legal activity exclusively in the field of advocates practice
74) “94.91.2” – Services for performing religious rituals (funeral and other)
- Point 30 (2) of Annex II to the Decision shall read as follows:
“30)” 47.11 “- Retailing of Food, Beverages and Tobacco Products in Non-Specialty Shops”
- Point 38 (2) of the Annex to the Decision shall read as follows:
“38)” 49 “- Land transport activities and transportation by pipelines, except:
a. “49.31.4” – Regular intercity passenger transport by buses and minibuses.
b. “49.39.5” – Regular intercity bus services.
c. “49.39.6” – Inter-regional passenger minibus transport.’
4. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
