The RA Health and Labor Inspectorate urges businesses authorized to operate during the state of emergency to strictly adhere to the Commandant’s guidelines to ensure the protection and safety of workers. Compliance with the requirements of the Guidelines is mandatory for all organizations.
The HLI informs that penalties can be applied for violations.
The Inspectorate simultaneously conducts large-scale awareness-raising activities amongst businesses by providing information brochures, informing about the Guidelines approved by the Commandant at the e-mail addresses of about 400 businesses. HLI head Hakob Avagyan personally participates in the awareness raising activities and large-scale monitoring of business entities.
Statements and clarifications have also been circulated on the HLI official website and Facebook page for this purpose; the media have been informed as well.
