The Civil Court of Appeal of the Republic of Armenia informs that due to the situation related to the coronavirus epidemic, the Court of Appeal made decisions on the examination of a number of the appeals complaints in written procedure.

“In some cases, the Court of Appeal has decided to hear appeals in court hearing.

On the basis of Article 145 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia, in order to ensure the right to a fair trial of the participants in the case, a courtroom in the RA Court of Appeal has been equipped with a telecommunication system to ensure the presence of the participants in the case.

The parties to the case have the opportunity to file a motion to participate in the trial by means of video telecommunications.
