Minister of Education, Science, Sport and Culture Arayik Harutyunyan told at the press conference that all state, community and non-state secondary education (including kindergartens), pre-vocational (vocational), intermediate vocational and higher education institutions will be closed.

Distance learning is now being promoted.

Araik Harutyunyan announced that every morning from 8:30 to 9:30 and 11:30 to 12:40 classes will be held on the Public Television of Armenia.

A TV channel will be provide upon the suggestion of the Ucom Company, where courses will be conducted. Their videos are already being filmed.
