For Individual-Borrowers:

– No penalties or fines will be applied in case of non-fulfillment of credit liabilities to the Bank by 15 June, 2020, and this will not be considered a breach of contractual relationship. In this case, the client should send an email to [email protected]. The Bank will review the loan repayment schedules, if necessary, with an individual approach to each borrower.

For Legal Borrowers:

– Bank Client’s legal entity and sole proprietors, especially clients working in the hotel, tourism, restaurant, transport, entertainment, public catering and other related/affiliated areas, who will have a problems with timely credit repayment due to coronavirus and the Bank is ready to perform timely a flexible approach, if not terminated by 15 June, without applying penalties and providing a grace period for redemption.

For this purpose, legal entities and sole proprietors should apply to the bank by calling their credit specialists or by submitting a review application / [email protected].

At the same time, the Bank encourages all income-generating clients, if possible, to make payments on their loans for the purpose of alleviating the burden of future repayments.

Concerned with the risk of the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the world and in Armenia in recent days, we recommend that you minimize physical visits to the Bank in order to prevent the safety of you and your employees.
