Article 182-3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses provides:

1. Breach of the special regime of entry into and exit from the State of Emergency area shall result in the imposing of a penalty in the amount of 50-70 thousand AMD.
2. Violation of the restrictions on the implementation of certain types of financial-economic activity during the state of emergency results in the imposing of a penalty in the amount of 100-300 thousand AMD.
3. Violation of the special order for sale, purchase and circulation of foodstuffs and essentials established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia during the state of emergency shall result in the imposing of a penalty in the amount of 100-300 thousand AMD.
4. Violation of the prohibition of strikes and other measures to suspend or suspend the activity of legal entities during an emergency situation shall result in the imposing of a penalty in the amount of 50-200 thousand AMD.
5. Violation of the restrictions on the movement of vehicles during the state of emergency, as well as impeding the inspection of these vehicles, shall result in the imposing of a penalty in the amount of 50-100 thousand AMD.
6. Obstacle to special state control over the activities of the organizations using dangerous production, explosive, radioactive, chemical and biological hazardous substances during the state of emergency or carrying out the activities suspended by those organizations, imposes a penalty in the amount of 100-300 thousand AMD.
7. Violation of the curfew established during the state of emergency results in the imposing of a penalty in the amount of 20-50 thousand AMD.
8. Issuance of banned publications, reports by the mass media during the state of emergency, results in the imposing of a penalty in the amount of 500-800 thousand AMD.
9. Violation of prohibition of the sale of weapons, ammunition, explosives and toxic substances, special substances, as well as drugs and psychotropic substances, pharmaceuticals and preparations containing high active substances, ethyl alcohol, alcoholic beverages, special spirits, alcohol – imposes a penalty of 500 -1.5 million drams.

It should be noted that a state of emergency was declared in Armenia yesterday at 18:30. It will last until 14 April at 5:00 pm.
