Health Minister Arsen Torosyan, during a live Facebook broadcast, referred to a lawsuit filed by former director of “Surb Grigor Lusavoritch” Medical Center Ara Minasyan, which was upheld by the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.

Arsen Torosyan must deny the following factual information presented by the plaintiff within 5 business days after the judgment became effective. Arsen Torosyan made the aforementioned remarks during a live stream on his Facebook page.

Respondents Arsen Torosyan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, in the event of an impossibility, must deny and apologize within five days after the judgment enters into force and issue an apology through a print newspaper consumed throughout the Republic of Armenia by publishing the same content.
