Taking care of our customers’ health, we announce:

Individuals who make a payment under the Credit Schedule from March 10 to April 30, 2020, including April 30, 2020, will not be penalized and will not be considered contractual failure to fulfill obligations. At the same time, all citizens who receive income are encouraged by the bank to make payments on their loans whenever possible so as to avoid the burden of increasing future payments after two months.

Small and medium-sized business customers who have been affected by this situation will be offered solutions through negotiations aimed at supporting stability and job creation in these areas.

At the same time, we call on the Government to:

Declare a state of emergency and minimize the displacement of citizens, as well as develop a financial assistance package for businesses in the affected areas to pay their employees’ salaries.

In this situation, the bank’s primary concern is the health of our citizens and we ask that you approach with understanding.
