The first infected will be discharged from hospital today. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan reports.

Notably the 29-year-old man was diagnosed with coronavirus on March 1.

“At the moment we have 28 cases diagnosed, 18 of which are related to the famous Etchmiadzin case. We will take additional measures related to Echmiadzin. At 23:00 we should ask our beloved Echmiadzin residents to use only 3 of the 27 exits in the city. We will measure temperature of the people in these places, so those who have a fever will be asked to self-isolate. We urge all Echmiadzin residents to leave the city through Vagharshapat-Yerevan, Vagharshapat-Ashtarak and Vagharshapat-Masis highways. All other roads will be closed. There will be mobile clinics on these roads where thermometry will be carried out,” the Prime Minister said.
