The following services are available online in the electronic system of the State Register of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia:
- initial state accounting of the sole proprietor,
- change of passport data of individual entrepreneur
- initial registration of a limited liability company with sample documents and change of passport data of the chief executive officer of the company.
