The outer staircase of Sundukyan Theater collapsed this night. It was only a miracle that human casualties were avoided, because this concrete structure weighing tens of tons on one of the main entrances and the entrance to the “Goy” Theater would have taken lives if the incident had taken place in the daytime. “According to preliminary information, the structure was constructed without proper registration. I have ordered that all the documents be examined, and after the examination the relevant authorities, the culprits should be punished,” he said.
