Taking into consideration the instruction of RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Arayik Harutyunyan, the Armenian-Russian University announces a quarantine on March 2-8. Rector of the Armenian-Russian University Armen Darbinyan stated this.
“The RAU staff work from home, and students do not attend classes and minimize their public outreach,” he said.
Notably, today we had a confirmed case of coronavirus. The patient is a 29-year-old RA citizen, a man who arrived from Tehran by plane with his wife on 28 February. He is currently staying at the Golden Palace Hotel in Tsakhkadzor.
