Today, on February 26, the Parliament is holding hearings on “Comprehensive and Extended Partnership Agreement between the EU and Armenia”.

Mr. Hovsep Khurshudyan, President of the “Free Citizen” Civic Initiatives Support Centre NGO in his speech mentioned that this agreement is a great opportunity to deepening the Armenia-EU Relations.

“The Agreement can create key preconditions for the future integration of Armenia into the family of the peoples of Europe. If the incumbent authorities have the appropriate political will to fully realize all the possibilities of the comprehensive and expanded cooperation agreement with the European Union, in just a few years we will have not only additional security and social development but also a real strengthening of our country’s independence and sovereignty,” Hovsep Khurshudyan said.
