Davit Sanasaryan, the head of the RA NSS (temporarily suspended), posted a post on his Facebook page yesterday saying that his criminal case on the fact of the running over the juvenile was dropped as the expert confirmed his innocence. He has never “run over the child, the child has been hit by a car and dropped off as a result of his carelessness.” As a juvenile victim representative, I must disclose to the public that the criminal case materials have not refuted but confirmed that D. “The conclusion of the forensic-technical examination just found that he was not technically able to prevent the accident. The aggrieved party disagreed with that conclusion, the expert was questioned, and then a motion for an additional expert examination was filed, which was probably rejected on the assumption of D. Sanasaryan’s record and the criminal proceedings were dismissed. The injured party has not received the decision and will appeal it as soon as it is received.

Notably, as a result of the accident, the juvenile A.Gh. received moderate injuries.
