During the period of July-December 2019, the Corruption Prevention Commission initiated 55 proceedings for failure to submit a statement on while assuming and termination of office.

In terms of quantity, the highest number of cases was initiated against the Police and Investigation Service officials, with 18 and 15 cases respectively.

5 proceedings were initiated against the officials of the State Revenue Committee, 4 proceedings against the state administrative officials, 3 proceedings against the officials of the penitentiary service, 3 proceedings on civil servants, 3 proceedings against the state, political officials 2 and one proceeding against Compulsory Enforcement Officer.
