Defendants of RA second President Robert Kocharyan Aram Orbelyan, Hayk Alumyan, Hovhannes Khudoyan, Aram Vardevanyan and Ruben Sahakyan, Armen Gevorgyan’s defense attorney Eric Aleksanyan and Vardges Gevorgyan did not perform their judicial duties maliciously. Presiding judge Anna Dabibekyan stated this, on 4 February, and added that on that basis, the above-mentioned lawyers were subject to judicial sanction – reprimand.
