The Government proposes to ratify the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The draft foresees to ratify the Agreement signed on 1 November 2018.
It is envisaged to apply to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia to determine the compliance of the obligations stipulated in the international agreement with the RA Constitution.
If the Constitutional Court decides to recognize the obligations stipulated in the international agreement in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the legislative initiative of the Government of the Republic of Armenia will be submitted to the National Assembly as prescribed.
Tatevik Revazyan, the Chairman of the RA Civil Aviation Committee, will be appointed as the representative of the Government to the RA Constitutional Court.
