As it became clear from the Procedural decision (SDAO-5) of the Constitutional Court posted on the website of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Аrmenia (https://bit.ly/37hyCoO), Robert Kocharyan’s representative in his appeal to the Constitutional Court on 25 December, 2019, requested to recognize the Constitutional Law on Constitutional Law as contradictory to the Constitution in so far as it does not provide an opportunity for the Constitutional Court of Armenia to clarify its decisions. Lawyer Arsen Babayan wrote about this.

“The Constitutional Court did not accept to consider the application in particular, stating:

Reference was not made to why the Constitutional Court is legally bound by the Constitution to clarify its decisions.

There has been no reference to large-scale practice and the existence of the legal gap is not reasonably argued.

P.S. This is a testament to the many facts that the parties do not matter to the Constitutional Court,” he wrote.
