Major-General of Justice Mihran Poghosyan made a statement on the death of former Director of the National Security Service Gevorg Kutoyan.

“Today we bid farewell to the former director of the NSS Georgi Kutoyan. It is hard to find words, but I could not help but reflect on this cruel reality. With his human and professional qualities, Georgi was well-respected.

This tragic death is an alarm; After all, it is also a consequence of the distorted moral and psychological climate in the country. The growing intolerance in Armenia has crossed all permissible and rational limits. The death of Georgi Kutoyan is a call to all of us to wake up.

My deepest condolences to the family members, relatives, and colleagues of Georgi Kutoyan.
