The third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan expressed his condolences on the untimely and tragic death of former Director of the National Security Service of Armenia Georgi Kutoyan.
“I am deeply shocked by the news of Georgi Kutyan’s tragic death.
The words are incapable of expressing the great tragedy that is not only in the family of Georgi Kutoyan, who has suffered irreversible and extremely painful loss, but also for all those who have ever known a high-quality human and professional, polite and decent young man and public official. I express my deepest condolences to Georgi Kutoyan’s family, relatives, and friends, in this difficult moment for them, I share their great sadness and sorrow.
May God keep Georgi’s soul in light and peace and give his family consolation and comfort. The process of investigation of the happening with Georgi Kutoyan, taking into account his former position in the state, should be under the close attention and control of our society.”
