The RA Civil Aviation Committee expresses its deep condolences on the tragic crash of the Boeing-737 aircraft of Ukrainian International Airlines in Tehran. The statement of the Committee reads.
The plane crashed during the flight from Imam Khomeini airport to Kiev.
“Terrible news. My thoughts are with the families, friends and colleagues of the victims,” Tatevik Revazyan Chairperson of the Civil Aviation Committee said.
According to Reuters, it is Boeing 737. It is reported that 167 passengers and 9 crew members died.
