The salary of a member of the Constitutional Court and a judge is 793 thousand 680 AMD.

Hrayr Tovmasyan is currently the CC President, the judges are Arman Dilanyan and Vahe Grigoryan, and the members are Alvina Gyulumyan, Araik Tunyan, Hrant Nazaryan, Felix Tokhyan, Ashot Khachatryan and Arevik Petrosyan.

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia was established in 1996 and has been a member of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) since the first year of establishment. The Constitutional Court coordinates the work of the International Conference of Constitutional Courts of Young Democracies, established in 1997.

In 2000, when Armenia was not yet a member of the Council of Europe, the CC was elected a full member of the International Conference of Constitutional Courts of Europe.
