The Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts is considering the criminal case brought against Mher Khachatryan.
On 22.12.2011 the accused stabbed G. Kirakosyan with knife 22 times in the car, which was parked near the Yerevan Infectious Hospital (Address: 33 Glinka Street), and killed him. After the murder he pushed and threw the car in the Lake named “Aghi Jur” with the aim to conceal the traces of the crime.
Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
