Yerevan Council of the Elders “My Step” faction has nominated Armen Galjyan, a member of the “My Step” faction of Yerevan Council of the Elders, as a Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs.

Notably, Hayk Hovhannisyan had been elected Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs of the Yerevan City Council.

However, on 21 October, Hayk Hovhannisyan was appointed deputy head of the Nork-Marash administrative district of Yerevan, and resigned as a member of Yerevan Council of the Elders.

On 26 November, the council will make a decision.
